Victor started his career with Schneider Electric ($35B company operating in 120 different countries) as an Computer / electrical engineer and after 5 years transitioned to a marketing role. As a marketing leader, Victor managed software products & solutions where he spent another 6 years driving product growth year-over-year. After Schneider Electric, Victor joined his first start-up BPL Global, where he built an international product marketing team driving triple-revenue growth in a 3-year span. He has also worked as a consultant, where he founded APEX Strategy & Marketing to help small to mid-size companies develop go-to-market strategies and provide them with deep insights to best-practice approaches. More recently, Victor has served in various VP roles where he has driven business growth at both Tendril Networks & GridEdge Networks. Over the course of his career, Victor has spoken at both national and international events where he has provided thought leadership and market insights on developing technology trends and the implications of those trends.
Samuel is an expert in the area of actionable analytics and software development having served as the Chief Analytics and Technology Officer at YieldWise Inc (a leading provider of sophisticated solutions for data mining and statistical analysis of big data), Director of Actionable Analytics at Rackspace, Inc, and Chief Technology Officer at WatchWise developing critical software and services to guide and improve online presence of companies in different industries. Samuel has extensive knowledge of audience intelligence, design and analysis of statistical experiments, market-mix modeling and multi-channel commerce and has worked in variety of industries like online and offline retail, telecom, finance, fashion and more.
Samuel also co-authored three books on statistical analysis, metadata-based applications, and machine learning development with SAS & R which are used in universities globally, and was featured in Forbes Magazine for his work for GAP.
Lakiesha Crawford is an Anesthesiologist who specializes in Pain management. In addition to CMO of Xcellent life, she currently serves as medical director for LifeLinc anesthesia services and Chair of Anesthesiology for North Crest Medical Center. Her multiple roles include providing strategic oversight and support for clinical staff, representing hospital leadership, and caring for her patients. Lakiesha received her medical training at Meharry Medical College and her residency at both The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Oregon Health and Science University before completing two sub-specialty fellowships in Acute and Chronic interventional pain medicine at Vanderbilt and Wake Forest Hospitals. She is also active in mission ministry and outreach.
